I hope you’ve all had a fabulous Christmas and relaxing New Years, I know I have, but it’s time to get back to it!
The new year brings new hours at Wills Auctions, we will be running from Tuesday to Thursday 10am - 4pm. We’ll also be holding in-house auctions every three weeks or so, our next being on Wednesday the 24th January. It’ll start at 11am and we expect it to finish around 2pm.
We’ve got quite a hoard gathering out back, so the first auction of the year is going to be MASSIVE, start as we mean to go on aye! We have got a heap of things lined up, large chest freezers, waxed teak furniture, funky modern pieces and cool retro bits. In amongst it will be a bit of commercial stuff from Marcel’s Butchery.
However, there’s always room for more and now is the perfect time to get organised and declutter. New Year, New You? If that’s your resolution, then give us a call, we can help you move things on and perhaps move yourself on?
Philosophy of the week:
“The life-changing magic of…”
So I’ve somehow managed to have time to read not one, but two actual whole books this summer (thank you Quinney’s Bush!). Both based on life changing magic and both promising to give me the tools to declutter, one the mind the other my home. Both, are totally working, if you’re looking for a good read check out Marie Kondo and Sarah Knight.
Tall Poppy stuff:
The housing market is picking up again, people have fallen in love with sunny Nelson over the holidays and are looking for a new lifestyle. It’s the perfect time to get your house on the market and get yourself where you really want to be! House prices that had seemed to plateau before Christmas, are starting to rise, market interest has increased, if you want to know what you’re place is worth, give us a call on 5451199.
Don’t forget if you’d like to have a chat to either of us about your place or just compare cool hats with Lenny, pop by for a coffee. We’re @ 34a Vanguard Street.
